Website Services Agreement
This agreement is between Opus Digital ("we", "us") and the client below ("you"):

1. Onboarding & build
The one-time onboarding fee is $500, due in full at signing. It covers the design and build of your website and includes your first month of service. There are no additional build fees.
2. Your plan
Your first month of service is included in the onboarding fee. Recurring billing begins 30 days after your website goes live. While your subscription is active, it covers hosting, domain management, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, unlimited done-for-you content edits, and the features included in your plan.
3. Your domain is yours
Your website domain is registered in your name and remains your property at all times.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. When the subscription ends, hosted services and plan features stop. Your domain stays with you.
5. Site buyout (optional)
You may purchase your website files outright at any time for a one-time fee of $2,500. A buyout includes the site files only — it does not include hosting, edits, support, updates, or subscription features.
6. Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, logos, and reviews you provide for the website, and that customer reviews and business claims you supply are genuine.
7. Scope
We build and maintain your website as described in your plan. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, website traffic, or revenue outcomes.
